delivered her brand new baby boy today! Oh, what a surprise as she didn't know what she was having - I love that! Noah James was born around 10 a.m. about 8 lbs. Both Mom and baby are doing well. I had the pleasure of photographing Lauren 2 weeks ago in her home along with her beautiful daughters, Sadie and Josie. The light was gorgeous streaming in through large windows. I spent a few hours with them, playing, laughing and enjoying their company.
She has the sweetest girls and I love photographing them. Sadie had on a pink tutu and white top. They love to play dress-up.
Josie wasn't quite sure what was in Momma's belly, a ball or poop! But finally, after a few more "What's in Momma's belly?" she smiled..."A baby!"
We then climbed into bed (well, not me) and read (sang) baby Noah a story, I Went Walking. (Hmmm, maybe the story was about how much Susie is walking, in training for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.) I think he liked it just as much as the girls did.
Congratulations Lauren & Josh - you must be so thrilled to now be able to see and hold your new baby. I can't wait to meet him!
